You can't buy PlayerData GPS outright, only on a membership plan. This guarantees you access to all the latest software updates that we develop and you don't need to worry about a warranty period, we will always replace units if you have issues.

Currently PlayerData GPS trackers only work outdoors where they can locate a strong satellite signal. Our units use this positional data to create accurate heatmaps along with other key metrics.

If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your subscription for any reason, please contact our Customer Success Team at support@playerdata.com where they will endeavour to resolve the issue. You may cancel your subscription and return your PlayerData trackers for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Find out more about our returns policy.

Every PlayerData subscription is for a minimum of 12 months.

The PlayerData App is Android and iPhone compatible and the web App will run on all popular modern internet browsers.

When your membership runs out, your access to the app becomes read only. You can still access the data for up to 12 months after cancelling your subscription, allowing you to keep your data when you renew during this time. After 12 months, unless you request otherwise we will delete your data in line with our data processing agreement.

No, they are interchangeable and can be shared between players. Each player will have their own profile on the app and whenever they use a unit, you can assign it to their profile.
